CloserLook began with my father.

I didn't want more phone calls. I wanted to know.

It's a much better conversation than “I'm fine, don't worry.” Everyone in my family wears one now, and it is a profound relief to know they are okay.

None of this would be possible without recent advances in AI and wearables. But the technology isn't the point. We can now give every family exactly what I was looking for: not surveillance, not anxiety, but the quiet confidence that the people you love are safe.
